Dr. Jennifer Hobson is a national speaker and presenter, and known expert in the fields of performing arts and event production. In October 2015 Jennifer was a panelist and speaker at the BARE Brunch hosted in Dallas, Texas. Jennifer has had the honor of being a Keynote Speaker at the 2015 Creative Women's Conference (panelist at the 2014 Dallas Creative Women’s Conference), and presenter at the 11th Annual International Hawaiian Arts and Humanities Conference, 2013 International Blacks in Dance Conference, 2013 National AAHPERD Convention Symposium and UT Dallas Annual RAW (Research, Art, Writing): An Interdisciplinary Graduate Student Symposium.
Jennifer has been an expert presenter at several local events and/or symposiums throughout North Texas; and, her company has been named Best Production Companies three (3) years in a row by Examiner.com, a national publication. In 2014 Jennifer produced Dallas' first "I'm a Survivor Symposium", benefiting women and their families of The Family Place and The Society of Women Who Love Shoes. Jennifer has been featured in publications as Interim Editor-in-Chief of Dallas Flow Magazine, writer of “Personal Brand Equity” on Artistpreneurs.com, featured in Dallas Morning News and North Dallas Magazine, and contributor at Southern Dallas Magazine and Heart & Soul Magazine among others. Jennifer is a survivor and advocate of Domestic Abuse, a mother of two beautiful teenagers, and active member of her church.
