Priscilla L. Jones, aka “P.J.” hails from King George County, Virginia but is a Texan for more than 32 years. P.J.’s professional profile is simply: Results oriented professional on a path to negotiator and mediator in conflict management resolution; P.J.’s personal philosophical profile is that “We should live, love, laugh & hug each other – these are the keys to life.” Her interests are spirituality, family, Genealogy, self-improvement, peace, music, yoga, meditation (prayer), negotiation and mediation, communication, creative dancing, writing, art, loving, laughing, and living life to its fullest extent with body, mind, and soul.
PJ earned her Bachelors of Applied Studies with emphasis on Sociology/Social Work and Certificate in Gerontology, followed by a Masters in Conflict Management Resolution and Reconciliation with a Certificate in Mediation. She earned both degrees while being full-time employed for over twenty-four years with the State of Texas Department of Family and Protective Services Being adopted herself, P.J. negotiates adoption and permanency care assistance benefits between prospective adoptive and kinship families and CPS.
P.J. is a wife to her best friend for over thirty-four years, retired Air Force Veteran Robert; she is the mother of two adult daughters, one 27-year old daughter who is challenged with multiple disabilities (Autism, Albinism, Visually Impaired, Nonverbal) and a 34-year old single mom. She is a proud grandmother of a fifteen-year-old high school and college-bound student; a devoted daughter/guardian to her elderly mom who resides in Virginia.
